Frank P. Armenante - Attorney
- Experience
Mr. Armenante is currently a corporate business attorney
operating law offices in Allentown and Princeton, New
Jersey. He also has extensive experience in both the
restaurant business and the health care field. He has served
as President of Health Resources of New Jersey, Inc. and
attorney for Robert Wood Johnson University Hospital at
Hamilton. He has owned the Alchemist & Barrister Restaurant
near the campus of Princeton University for many years
turning it into a local landmark. Mr. Armenante is a partner
and shareholder of Grand Bank of Princeton, New Jersey.
He also holds a Master’s Degree in Finance from Seton Hall
University and prior to his law career he worked in public
accounting for four years

Mr. Armenante practices primarily in the area of Business
law, Commercial law, Real Estate, Land Use Planning, Estate
Planning and Bankruptcy.
- Educational Background
Mr. Armenante received his Master’s Degree in Finance
from Seton Hall University and prior to his law career he
worked in public accounting for four years.
He attended St. Peters College, Jersey City, New Jersey, and
received his law degree from Rutgers University, New Jersey
where he was also an Editor of Law Review as well as
attending Temple University, Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, One
Year of Credits towards Master Degree in Taxation
- Affiliations
Mr. Armenante is a member of the New Jersey Bar,
Washington DC Bar and Federal District Court for the
District of New Jersey. He represents the Upper Freehold
Township Planning Board as planning board attorney, various
corporations, and other business organizations
Timothy G. Hiskey - Attorney
During law school, Mr. Hiskey interned at the United States
Department of Justice, Civil Rights Division, Special Litigation
Section, researching legal issues and drafting legal memoranda
involving litigations between the Department of Justice and
state prisons, state psychiatric institutions and county jails.
After graduating from law school, Mr. Hiskey worked as a staff
attorney for the Council of the District of Columbia drafting
for a particular council member legislation and position papers
and providing analysis of all pending bills in the judiciary,
education, public works and finance/revenue committees.
In 1998, Mr. Hiskey served for a year as a law clerk in the
United States Bankruptcy Court, District of New Jersey for Judge
Stephen A. Stripp and Judge Kathryn C. Ferguson, drafting
opinions and bench memoranda.
Mr. Hiskey then took an associate position with Malsbury &
Armenante, P.A. handling a large case load of civil litigation
including such areas as bankruptcy, land use litigation and
other planning board matters, civil rights, contract disputes,
estate contests and other areas of litigation in general
practice. Mr. Hiskey also worked as an associate in the law
firm of Lomurro, Davison, Eastman & Munoz, P.A. at which he was
primarily involved in representing townships in land use and
other litigations and in municipal open space purchases.
