Mr. Armenante is the president of the firm and its sole stockholder.  His practice has involved business, commercial, real estate and bankruptcy law.

The firm maintains state of the art equipment and facilities and access to current changes in the law.  As an example, it subscribes to “Westlaw,” allowing for instant information retrieval in the most cost effective way.  The firm has a complete office library on CD-ROM, with on line updates available through Westlaw.  The firm also subscribes to PACER, which provides immediate access to the status of commercial, business and bankruptcy cases in New Jersey, including docket entries, claims registers, court calendars and other valuable information.
